The Spanish Primera Division sees FC Barcelona maintain their invincible status as league leader after hammering Deportivo 6-1. With 3 games in hand Barcelona already holds a 2 point advantage over second place Real Madrid and a 3 point gap above third place Atletico Madrid. Having played only 10 matches, Barcelona have scored a staggering 57 goals while only conceding twice; a truly frightening record considering their closest rival, Real Madrid, have scored 31 goals while having played 3 more games. Meanwhile, Atletico Madrid welcomed Real Sociedad to their home ground in a thrilling 3-2 match with the host collecting the win.  

Elsewhere in Bundesliga, Bayern Munich extended their unbeaten 12-games run, destroying SC Sand 8-0 in a more than complete performance. Their goal scoring output is almost as magnificent as that of Barcelona, scoring 40 goals in 12 matches while conceding only once. Bayern’s closest challenger is Wolfsburg who are 5 points below them in second place. Meanwhile Frankfurt handed Werder Bremen a 5-0 defeat while the same score line also applied to third place Hoffenheim VS fourth place Potsdam. With the win, Hoffenheim moved up 3 points above Potsdam.
 
Moving to the English Super League, league leader Manchester United claimed a 6-1 victory over Bristol City who are at the bottom of the table with only 2 points from 10 games. With the win, Manchester United remains undefeated in 10 games with the closest challenger, Arsenal 4 points below them while city rival, Manchester City, are 8 points away from the top having played 9 games. Meanwhile Manchester City have their game against Birmingham postponed due to waterlogged pitch, West Ham also have their clash against Aston Villa postponed due to COVID outbreak. "A small number"  of the West Ham squad has tested positive for coronavirus and a revised date for the clash is yet to be announced.
